The St. Patrick's Day parade will recommence in Swords after an absense of more than twenty years. This year's parade [2011] will start at The Pavilions Shopping Centre on March 17th 12-30 and make it's way along the Malahide Road to Main Street and then turn right at the castle down North Street. A viewers stand will be erected on Chaple Lane Event by Fingal St. Patrick's Day Parades on Thursday, March 17 2022 Swords Express is the fast, comfortable coach service linking Swords to Dublin City Centre via the Port Tunnel. Swords Express offers 159 departures every weekday between Swords and Dublin city centre and 86 at weekends.
